El Ayuntamiento de Ciutadella es un magnífico edificio que se ve desde el puerto y está situado en el lugar donde antiguamente se encontraba el Real Alcázar de Ciutadella, en la bonita Plaza del Born, del que conserva algunos restos.
Es un edificio de estilo ecléctico que destaca sobre todo por su monumental fachada levantada a principios del siglo XX.
Merece especial mención su bello pórtico con arcos de medio punto que albergan una oficina de información turística y su balcón de piedra.
